Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Our Policy
If a session is canceled for any reason less than 48 hours before the appointment or in the event of non-attendance, the full session fee applies. This is because it leaves a significant hole in the therapist’s day along with prep time that could have been used for another client. Alongside providing the best help for our clients, we also want to provide the best experience for counselors – which includes a consistent schedule.

Your Coverage for Mental Health Services
Many extended healthcare plans cover counselling and mental health services. Because every plan is unique, we recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your coverage and eligibility.
When setting up your client account, you can add your extended health benefits information. For eligible plans, we can assist with direct billing to make accessing therapy as simple and convenient as possible.
