Yes, our services are conducted through online sessions, providing flexibility and convenience no matter where you are. If you reside in Victoria, we also offer in-person sessions to meet your needs better. Please let us know your preference when booking your appointment.

[email protected] with the subject line "Booking" or visit our "Book Now" page. Please provide your name, email address, phone number, and a brief description of what you are looking for. We will contact you within 48 hours.

Once you’ve booked your appointment, we will send you an email with a secure link to your online session. This link will provide access to the virtual meeting room where your counseling session will take place. Please check your email for this link and any additional instructions. If you have any issues or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

During your first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding your concerns. You'll have the opportunity to share your story, discuss your goals, and ask any questions you might have. Together, we’ll begin to develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs, setting the foundation for your therapeutic journey. This initial session is a safe and supportive space for you to express yourself freely.

Our counselors all hold master's degrees in counseling or psychology and are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). Additionally, they possess relevant licenses and certifications required for providing high-quality mental health care. Each counselor is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure they remain up-to-date with the latest therapeutic practices and standards.

Our working hours are designed to accommodate a variety of schedules. Peacefulness Counseling Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please email us if you need to schedule an appointment outside of these hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, we are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you need to schedule an appointment for weekends, we recommend booking in advance, as weekend slots tend to fill up quickly.

Additionally, our records are stored securely, and we only share information with your explicit consent, except in rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law.

[email protected] or calling the provided phone number. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees and to help us accommodate other clients.

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may require you to cancel a scheduled counseling appointment. To avoid being charged for a canceled session, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to another individual seeking counseling. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the full session fee may apply.

Yes! Many extended healthcare providers will cover a portion or all of your counseling fee. However, every plan is different, so we strongly recommend checking with your healthcare provider to confirm your coverage before beginning therapy. Please note that Peacefulness Counseling Center requires all clients to pay for their sessions at the time service is provided. While we do not direct bills to extended health plans, we will provide you with a receipt after each appointment, which you can easily submit to your health plan for reimbursement.
